We understand the initial phone call can be difficult to make. Our Admissions Team is devoted to ensuring a seamless admissions process. This comprises of a confidential pre-admission assessment to collect all required medical and clinical information. We will personally answer your questions regarding transportation information, financial arrangements, as well as assist with insurance verifications. Our team will guide you every step of the way.

Detoxification is the first step toward recovery. Alina Lodge has a Detoxification Unit which is medically staffed - 24 hours a day - with ASAM certified physicians and Registered Nurses. This first phase of treatment includes a thorough assessment to ensure the individual safely overcomes the physical effects of alcohol and drug withdrawal. During detoxification we have the opportunity to address any medical concerns and begin the process of developing a personalized therapeutic relationship.
When detox is completed, the student is then ready to begin the path of recovery and rehabilitation. Our staff will help you from interventionists, detoxification, primary treatment and aftercare, providing the full continuum of care for you and your loved one.
Length of Stay
The actual length of stay is based on individual progress in treatment. The average stay is between six and nine months.
All of our students come to us have different needs and problems; therefore, our length of stay is based on each individual's progress towards specific clinical goals. We believe in the tincture of time as it allows:
- Proper healing of the brain functions and nervous system
- The body to become truly chemically free
- The mind a chance to develop new mental habits
- The practice of new behavioural skills
- The replacement of unhealthy people, places, and things with healthy ones
- The creation of an effective support system
- Family relationships to begin a healing process
- In-depth 12 Step programming & healthy social living guided by spiritual principles
The fee for rehabilitation therapy, including Room and Board is $420 per day. On admission we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 30 days of treatment ($12,600). Medical, psychiatric and pharmacy charges are not included in the daily rate for addiction treatment services and are invoiced as necessary. While we can work with your insurance carrier and/or employer to maximize the use of available benefits, it is important to note that most insurance policies DO NOT offer coverage for long-term treatment.
The fee for Family Program is $420 a day per person or $630 per couple. This includes all sessions, meals, and accommodations during your stay. The Family Program staff will be happy to speak with you about your participation and help arrange the details for your stay.
Medical Expenses On Your Taxes
In your tax return paperwork, you can include in medical expenses amounts you pay for an inpatient's treatment at a therapeutic center for alcohol addiction. Medical expenses are the costs of diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, and the costs for treatments affecting any part or function of the body. This includes meals and lodging provided by the center during treatment. You can also include in medical expenses amounts you pay for transportation to and from Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in your community if the attendance is pursuant to medical advice that membership in Alcoholics Anonymous is necessary for the treatment of a disease involving the excessive use of alcoholic liquors.
For Drug Addiction:
You can include in medical expenses amounts you pay for an inpatient's treatment at a therapeutic center for drug addiction. This includes meals and lodging at the center during treatment.
