Our Mission at Alina Lodge is to provide affordable long-term residential treatment to alcoholics and addicts many of whom suffer with dual disorders.
We offer a no-nonsense program with diverse counseling modalities as well as an outstanding family program. Our counselors stay in touch with people long after they have left Alina Lodge. The integrated services, excellent staff and emphasis on the whole person—and the whole family—contribute to our successful track record with chronic relapsing individuals.
Of course, one need not wait for chronic relapse to come to Alina Lodge. The common denominator is that addictive behavior, if untreated, has life-threatening consequences. Our 90 day minimum program offers the same quality of care that Alina Lodge is famous for. This 90 day program is for individuals who have had no prior residential treatments.
For more than 50 years, generous contributions from individuals, foundations and corporations have provided essential funding to help hold the line on fees and to sustain the excellence for which we are known. That tradition continues today as contributions from private sources support all segments of the Lodge—from its proven clinical program to the integrated health and wellness initiatives and the upkeep and beautification of our facilities and grounds.

MEMORIAL/TRIBUTE GIFTS
Consider memorializing a loved one or celebrating someone's birthday, retirement, anniversary, or sobriety by sending a gift to Little Hill-Alina Lodge. The Lodge will advise the person or family of the tribute and the donor but not the amount of the gift.

WAYS TO MAKE YOUR GIFT
CASH AND PLEDGES: All gifts can be made directly to Little Hill Foundation by check or credit card. A pledge may be paid on a quarterly or monthly basis over a specified period of time up to a five year period.
SECURITIES: Gifts of appreciated securities may provide you with significant tax savings and you will receive a charitable tax deduction on your income taxes. You probably will not pay capital gains tax when securities are sold by the charity.
INSURANCE POLICY: In lieu of cash, some people prefer to turn over an unneeded policy to their charity, or they purchase a new one for charitable purposes.
THE ULTIMATE GIFT
INCOME-PRODUCING GIFTS: More people than ever are exploring ways to make contributions that also produce income for themselves for the rest of their lives. Several of these options allow them to leave larger estates to their heirs because of related tax benefits. Most of these are "trusts" and require planning with an attorney and/or financial advisor as well as the charity itself. In many cases, trusts offer the greatest benefit to the entire family.
GIFTS BY BEQUEST: We have been honored over the years to receive ultimate gifts from alumni and friends of the Lodge that are passed to us through their estates—through the will or some charitable trust.
