Malinda Mattar, an amazing young woman, lost her struggle with addiction in 2018. In her memory, the Mattar family has helped many people get the help they need to recover. In their effort to help others, they have chosen to donate the proceeds from this event to the Scholarship Fund at Alina Lodge, a residential treatment center. Alina Lodge is honored to be the beneficiary of this event provided by the Mattar Family.

Sara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Sara obtained a Master’s in Social Work from Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
