Q: What makes Alina Lodge different from other programs?
A: Alina Lodge is an intensive in-residence treatment program addressing many of the causes of addiction and known causes of relapse.
Q: Do you detox at Alina Lodge?
A: No, we will refer clients to a trusted detox partner.
Q: What programs do you offer?
A: We offer long-term treatment programs ranging from 28 days to up to 12 months or longer. The length of stay is based upon individual progress in treatment.
Q: Do you treat dual diagnosis?
A: Yes, when guests enter our program who are struggling with addiction as well as an underlying mental health issue like depression, anxiety, or PTSD, we treat both conditions simultaneously.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We work with insurance companies to obtain any available out-of-network benefits.
Q: Will my family be able to visit?
A: Yes, a guest may be allowed two family members (ages 13 and above) to visit on Sundays. After a guest has completed two months of successful treatment and has the approval from the custodial parent, children under the age of 13 may visit between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, at an offsite location. If weekend visitations are necessary, arrangements will need to be made in advance.
Q: Is vaping allowed at Alina Lodge?
A: The only permitted nicotine products are cigarettes. No chewing tobacco or vaping will be
permitted.
Q: Will Alina Lodge help me quit smoking?
A: For those guests that want to abstain from nicotine use, nicotine replacement therapies will
be available including both the nicotine patch and lozenges. This will be offered thru the medical department. In addition, the examination of smoking will be incorporated into the clinical work, allowing guests the opportunity to gain insight into nicotine as a mood-altering substance and where it fits in their recovery.
Q: Can I write and receive letters?
A: Yes, your counselor will explain the mail consent procedures to you.
Q: What is your smoking policy?
A: We allow smoking in designated areas.
Q: Is there time for recreational activities?
A: Yes, we have a walking track and cardiovascular gym, as well as activities like aerobics and yoga.
